Inc. magazine named SCOUT to its 35th annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment—America’s independent entrepreneurs.
“To be named to this prestigious list for a second year in a row is an incredible honor for SCOUT. We have been focused on hiring the best talent in the industry and this has been the key driver in our continued growth with our outstanding clients,” said SCOUT CEO and co-founder, Jennifer Brekke. “The list of companies with whom we share this honor is remarkable. We congratulate all of these hard-working, dynamic companies.”
“Over 15 years ago, SCOUT was founded with the vision of creating brave ideas that make a difference,” according to Chief Creative Officer and co-founder, Bob Costanza. “It’s this spirit and approach that allows us to do our very best work, which has led us and our clients to significant growth.”
The 2016 Inc. 5000 is the most competitive crop in the list’s history.
“The Inc. 5000 list stands out where it really counts,” says Inc. President and Editor-In-Chief, Eric Schurenberg. “It honors real achievement by a founder or a team of them. No one makes the Inc. 5000 without building something great—usually from scratch. That’s one of the hardest things to do in business, as every company founder knows. But without it, free enterprise fails.”
